1 – Products:

The following general sales conditions govern all transactions established on the web catalog of www.veleco.ma. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2 – Purpose:

This contract is a distance contract that aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of products by the company Quickest Ltd on the Internet.
www.veleco.ma is a service of the company Quickest Ltd with a capital of 100,000.00 MAD registered in the Rabat Trade Register under the number 146141.

3 – Definitions:

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

• “Distance Contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between the Company Quickest Ltd and a Client as part of a remote sales or service provision system organized by the Company Quickest Ltd, which exclusively uses the Internet network up to the conclusion of the contract, including the contract conclusion itself.
• “Order Form”: document indicating the characteristics of the products ordered by the Client and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit to paying the indicated price.
• “Order”: act by which the Client commits to buy products and the Company Quickest Ltd to deliver them.
• “Client”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that are not part of his professional activity.
• “Order Form”: document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Client and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.
• “Order”: act by which the Client commits to buying products and the Company Quickest Ltd to deliver them.
• “Product”: the subject matter of the contract, being the products available for sale on this site.

4 – Products:

All products in the catalog are marketed until stocks are exhausted.

We offer electric mountain and city bikes, available for daily or long-term rental.
The company Quickest reserves the right to remove an item from the catalog without prior notice. Under no circumstances can it be held liable to compensate or cancel an order due to the inability to use the purchased product because of incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer.

5 – Renting a product:

After finding the product or products you are interested in, click on the “Reserve” button, the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time, and you can return to the search page.
When you have finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking on the “pay” order button.
If you make an error during your entry on the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours; After the order is canceled by Veleco.ma, you can reserve again.

6 – Price:

Our prices are quoted for daily rental. We also offer long-term rentals with decreasing rates.

Prices are quoted in EUR, taking into account any discounts granted by www.veleco.ma as well as the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The prices quoted are guaranteed while stocks last, unless there are significant changes in charges, especially VAT, and except for typographical errors or omissions.

The prices quoted do not include delivery charges, which will be billed additionally and will be specified to the CLIENT when finalizing their order. www.veleco.ma reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to the availability of said items. When a validated order contains one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, etc.), www.veleco.ma reserves the right to cancel it and refund the order at its sole discretion, without the CLIENT being able to challenge the chosen solution or hold Quickest liable for any damages suffered.

7 – Execution of the order:

The order is automatically executed on the day the Client made their reservation.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
They will then have the choice to either request a refund of the amounts paid within 7 days at the latest of their payment or exchange the Product.

8 – Delivery & Pickup:

Delivery is ensured by the veleco.ma team, the client will retrieve their product at the delivery address specified during the reservation.
The Client can, upon request, receive an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

How much does delivery and pickup cost?

Delivery and pickup fees are borne by the buyer.

• The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
• Delivery charges are waived only during promotional periods and special offers.

What are the delivery times?

Your order is delivered and picked up at the time indicated during your reservation.
Any possible delays cannot give rise to damages or order cancellations.

9 – Payment Method:

To pay for your order, you can choose one of the payment methods offered by www.veleco.ma on the Order form:

• Payment by online credit card
• Payment in cash upon delivery
• Payment by credit card upon delivery
• Payment by transfer or deposit into our account

The Client guarantees Quickest that he has any necessary authorizations to use the payment method selected during the validation of the Order form.

10 – Data Confidentiality:

The information requested from you is essential for processing your order and is treated confidentially.
You have the right to modify the data related to you.
You may receive advertisements from www.veleco.ma, unless you have specified that you do not wish your personal data to be used for this purpose.

11 – Cancellation & Refund:

The client has the right to cancel his order or service with Veleco within 24 hours of placing it, provided the service has not already started. For any cancellation within this period, a full refund will be made.

If the service has already begun but is not finished, cancellation is possible, but the client will be liable for the costs corresponding to the work already done by Veleco. Refunds will be made proportionate to the undelivered service.

To request a cancellation, the client must contact Veleco’s customer service by email or phone. The refund, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method used during the order, within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation.

Veleco reserves the right to cancel an order for exceptional reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such a case, Veleco will inform the client as soon as possible, and a full refund will be made.

12 – Proof of transactions paid by credit card:

Depending on the chosen payment method, the data recorded by CMI or by Paypal on behalf of www.veleco.ma constitute the proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company Quickest.

13 – Force Majeure:

www.veleco.ma is only responsible for fulfilling its obligations as long as no force majeure event prevents it.
